Our company is led by Simon Marriott, an experienced producer with a commitment to bringing fresh and exciting narratives to the screen.

​

Originally from New Zealand, Simon Lewis Marriott is a producer working across feature films, broadcast television, and branded content. He began his career as an actor, training at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire while also working with young people and community groups as a drama tutor. This experience ignited his passion for film and storytelling, leading him to co-found a film collective focused on creating socially impactful content. His early work earned international recognition, including awards from the European Commission and the Diana Award for anti-bullying content.

Transitioning into the commercial sector, Simon has produced content for global brands such as Puma, Arsenal Football Club, Nokia, H&M, and Louis Vuitton, while also managing productions for high-profile talent including Michael Dappah and Kevin Hart. In 2020, he founded On Set Solutions, providing COVID testing services to the UK film and TV industry, working with major studios such as Disney, Apple, BBC, and ITV.

Simon’s feature film credits as a producer include T.I.M. (Technologically. Integrated. Manservant), starring Georgina Campbell (Barbarian), Eamon Farren (The Witcher), and Mark Rowley (The Last Kingdom), with Netflix securing UK streaming rights. He also produced Heavyweight, featuring Nicholas Pinnock and Jason Isaacs, and the upcoming thriller Dog & Bull, Starring Malcolm Mcdowell and Alex Hassell and the Horror for Shudder Daddy’s Head, starring Julia Brown and Nathaniel Martello-White.

 

Beyond features, Simon has produced multiple award-winning short films, including Brunch and Boy in the Back Seat, which have been recognized at international film festivals. In 2015, he founded Shout Loud Creative, a boutique production company dedicated to developing commercially successful genre films. He is part of the BAFTA Connect talent development scheme and is represented in the UK by Callbox as a Producer, Line Producer, and Production Manager.

Phillipa Flynn is an Associate Producer at Shout Loud Creative, bringing a wealth of experience from touring and West End theatre to her work in film production and development. Her background as an actor gives her a keen eye for character-driven storytelling, allowing her to assess scripts with a deep understanding of performance and narrative depth.

​

Passionate about championing stories with strong female perspectives and fresh, original voices, Phillipa is dedicated to supporting new writing and diverse storytelling. At Shout Loud Creative, she plays a pivotal role in reading and evaluating scripts, sourcing new talent, and helping shape the company’s slate of projects. Her expertise in both stage and screen ensures a dynamic approach to storytelling, making her an invaluable part of the team.
